I will install Windows 8.1 64 bit enterprise again And I want to do a clean installation so can I format system reserved partition(In the window that telling Where do u want to install windows ?) to make sure its a clean install ? or just delete it ?
By the way I don't format or delete other partitions except C
I have issues with my NVIDIA driver so I keep reinstalling windows 8.1 does that cause any harm to my computer ?

If you are actually wanting to do a full clean install, you need to delete ALL existing partitions on that drive.

I cant delete all partitions my games and programs stored in it and I dont have another HDD so I format C and I was asking If I can format or delete or even let system reserved partition

My real problem is my NVIDIA driver or the gtx 660 itself and since I in windows 8.1 forum its relating to it so it may be a system (windows 8.1) issue so if u can help this is my post in GPU forum

How many partitions are on this drive? Screencap of the current Disk Management window, please.
Reinstalling the OS means reinstalling all your "programs".

What are you actually wanting to do, and why?

Yes, you should delete all OS related partitions on the storage device. Partitions with data, programs, games whatever **can** be left alone. Tho anything that uses the registry will have to be reinstalled over itself.

Since 1992, we have usually set up OS on its own Partition on 95% of builds. SSDs have changed things up a bit. But backup, restores, reinstallations go a lot faster doing it this way... program reinstalls go in seconds as no files get copied and only the registry entries actually get written. In addition, all ya menu and other customizations remain intact.

Delete or format OS partitions ? I thought format is enough !

yes you can and it will be created again after fresh installation windows 8.1. also deleting it won't help much, as it acquires low space which shall not be different in case you re-install that version of the windows. So you better do away with the other drives and keep it.
