Question Can I Fully Disable an APU? Im using a discrete GPU

Just built a new pc w/ Ryzen 7 7800x3d and my old AMD 6700xt. Just tried playing my first game and used the amd in game overlay. I can see that GPU 2 ( the APU) is at 0% utilization but i do see its drawing around 22W of power. Where as, out of game right now posting this, I see my GPU 1 (6700xt) is using 6W of power. Which makes sense its not really being used atm. Is there a way to turn off the APU? I dont want it drawing ~25W when im idling, and or ever if im being honest, Im not using it and will not use it.

What motherboard are you working with and what BIOS version are you on? You should be able to see an option to disable the iGPU in BIOS.

Hey thanks for the response. I am on a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite Ax rev. 1.2 and I have the latest bios FA1a. Where exactly in the bios would i see this?
