cpu - i7 4770k - no overclock just stock speed

Yes you can use the stock cpu cooler if not overclocking

That's how I have set mine up, as soon as I see my cpu becoming a bottleneck I will get a new cooler and OC. At the moment there is no need.

Your cpu won't "bottleneck" anything really.

Easiest answer is to load up software to monitor your temps and see if your CPU is getting throttled while gaming. Asus includes it in their utility software.

Yes. It will be a bit louder than other coolers though.
