Can I game/stream on this setup at 720p60?

i5-4460,
8/16gb 1600Mhz RAM,
Amd RX 570 8 gb.

My aim is to provide a good content on streaming sites, I dnt need higher frame rates or the ultra settings. I want to stream at 720p60. Is it possible?

Your answer means a lot to me, I hope everyone could help me out.
