Can i Game with this

So this is what i have Going for a rig
Optiplex 755
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3 GHz
8 GB of ram
GT 730 2GB GDDR5 LP

For the most part i will want to play Call of duty and Gta V will it run without Shit FPS/Lag If i cant do that what would be a good GPU that will fit in the 755 and run the games listed smooth.

First, understand that you have a dual core with no hyperthreading. This limits performance in games which can use, and usually work best with, quad cores. GTA V, well, look at benchmarks for that game and pay particular attention to the dual core vs quad core performances. The newest CoD doesn't require a lot of CPU but it can use a lot of GPU.

Also, you will need a non 6 pin pci-ex connector requiring low profile card. I would target a 750 Ti or RX 460 if I was you, whichever is cheaper. I would not trust a 1050 or 1050 Ti to work on a motherboard that old, due to the UEFI bios thing.

Ok o if i upgraded to Quad would i be able to run gta v with the 730 an i looked into a 750 ti but i really didnt see much of a difference

Yeah that graphics card should be fine although you probably won't be able to turn any settings up much, definitely need a quad cpu though.
