Can I get 144Hz at external Display with a Laptop. GTX 850m

This laptop got an VGA and an HDMI (full specs at link)
I would like to know if with that outputs at the display and that inputs at the monitor i can get 144Hz

What cable should i use?? HDMI 1.3/1.4 .DVI TO VGA adapt?
