Why don't you just create a new toolbar and put the apps you want on it.
Then drag that toolbar off the taskbar and put it at the bottom of the 2nd
display?
Btw, UltraMon gives you all the mentioned options, your preference which you
use. Specifically, if what you want is two separate taskbars, each on it's
own display and each dynamically only showing the apps open on that display,
UltraMon's the way to go.
