Can I get 50-60FPS?

Hello!

First of all I want to thank you for having the time to read my post and I will appreciate if you leave a comment.
So Im like a low budget guy and I recently bought GTA 5 not realising that my pc does not meet the required settings... Currently Im on E5700 OC @ 3.6GHZ , Zotac GT630 2GB, 4GB ram.... Im getting around 20fps on low settings + rendering problems. I have the money to upgrade a little bit. So what do you guys think, will i be able to play GTA 5 @ 50-60fps med-high settings with these configuration? :
Q6600
GTX 660
8GB ram

@ 768p (I will OC the card and the chip)

Not with that old Core 2 Quad processor you won't.
Recommended requirements for that game are a Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ.
The processor you picked out is the minimum, meaning low settings.

Okay then will it be PLAYABLE? above 30fps?

It should be playable on medium-low settings paired with that GPU.
