Can I get 60 fps on minecraft on a hp omen

Can I get 60fps out of minecraft on high settings on a hp omen 2016 laptop with these specs-Intel core i7 6700hq, 2tb 5400rpm sata+ 128gb m.2 ssd, nvidia 960m, 16gb ddr4 2133 ram, 17 inch 4k ips screen. Those are the main specs. Please respond quickly. Thank you.

Yeah, 4k may be kinda hard, but minecraft is pretty easy.

Just make sure you install minecraft to the SSD.

That HDD is pretty trashy though, not fit for running games or programs.
