can i get 60 fps???

Hi, i was wondering if i could 60 fps in the following games or not??
On:
High or very high settings
FXAA,1440X900 resolution

The games:
Assassin's Creed Unity
The Witcher 3 Wild hunt


My PC:
I5 3340,3.1 GHz
GTX 960 windforce 2X OC 2 GB
Kingston hyper X Fury blue 8 GB 1600 MHz
Asus p61 M-K socket 1155 motherboard

These benchmarks are for 1920*1080p, because I don't find lower resolution benchmarks.

Your cpu is not that important for Witcher 3.

1920*1080p
Medium settings, post process high: 53 fps (minimum: 48 fps)
High settings, post process high: 34 fps (minimum: 17 fps)

Another article shows at maximum detail (but no Hairworks) at 1920*1080p, you get with the GTX 960 an average of 29 fps, with some drops to 26 fps.

I would say, with medium settings and at 1440*900, you will most likely get at least 60 fps.
