I am going to build a pc soon and I was wondering if all of the parts here are compatible.

I am also wondering if the fan will fit in the case, pc part picker cannot confirm that the cooler is compatible.

Yes the cooler is compatible, you just have to ensure it ships with the LGA1151 backplate (which I imagine it should)

Also I would up your budget a bit and get a better PSU, that one is poor.

And yes the cooler fits the case:
Max CPU Cooler Height Allowance
170 mm

212 = 159mm
