Can I get a GTX 750 ti

I have got a HP 600 G1 twr. With a Q85 Mainboard. Can my PC run a GTX 750 ti? Cause the power supply of the pc is 84 W but the power that goes to the slot is 34W I guess? So can i buy this video cart?

I am guessing twr means you have the Tower version of the HP 600, where did you see that is has an 84 watt power supply? It should be a 320 watt power supply.
