can I get a HPC card?

So I was looking around the other day and I came across something called a HPC (high speed processing) card/processor. I was wondering if I could get one of these, what the specifications are. I don't know much about them, but they seem like it might be a good thing to speed my computer up. Anyone know anything about these?

They are for massive number crunching, simulations, processing, etc. It won't speed up games in anyways. They're just really good at math.
