Can I get a refund for a Steam purchase I made 3 years ago if the product is faulty?

I bought I am Bread which was a terrible decision I made 3 years ago because it stopped working about 15 minutes into playing (enduring) the game (test of patience), I wasn't aware of refunds being a thing because it's when I started getting into PC Gaming and had recently transferred from a console where refunds are still non-existent, so will I get my refund seeing as the game doesn't work even though all my other games run fine above 60fps including Arma 3 and PUBG, and nothing is in the background stopping it from running either. It simply doesn't work and I would love a refund for it at this point. Thanks to anyone who has taken their time to read my post and Thanks in advance to anybody in the community who tries to help.

Try it though. All they can say is "No".

I've gotten refunds on games I've bought from way more than two weeks ago. As long as you have less than two hours of playtime (which you do) you might be able to get a refund.
