Ok so I want to change my Terrible Intel HD graphics card (it c61me with pc stored inside and also it's just an intel hd with no numbers the most terrible in the whole plant I assume lol)
My proccesor is an Intel Pentium 3.0) gHz.
My mobo : MSI H61M—P20.
I'm not sure how is this going to turn out, but I thing the video card is integrated (The PC is 2 yrs old, not that old of a machine I suppose)
Also 8.00 gb Random accesible Memory (RAM).
My PSU packs a total of 500 or more watts (Don't remeber how much exactly but it's for sure to be more thank 500).
Thanksfor reading, waiting for an anwser.

Your system is fine. Well, not fine in high performance fine, but fine in perfectly able to work with a GT720 fine. The only thing you need to check is the space in your case. You have a mATX motherboard, which is quite a small form factor, so your case could be a small one, but usually a GT720 should fit, it's a small card.

Check the guide below, it gives you a checklist on what to keep in mind and how to install your new graphics card.
