Question Can i get apps back after reset?

Hello
I did a reset to my win 10 because it was boot looping ...
I tried everything (start up repairs and cmd repairs ) nothing worked so in the end i selected Reset this PC it wiped out my apps and settings but it will work ..
Anyway,now i need to know if there's any possibility of getting my apps back(without installing them)
Urgent help required!

There are no apps,its just empty...but it does give me a list of my removed apps

"Reset this PC" includes an option to keep 'apps'. This sometimes works.
If you did not select that, there is no getting them back. You WILL need to reinstall.

There was no option but i somehow got some of my apps,while most of the apps are lost.
the good thing happened is that i didn't lose my documents files fewwh.Lucky me.
anyway most of the apps and drivers are deleted.
