i want the cheapest proccesor with above 2.7 ghz. i have a packard bell computer with just 1.40 ghz and want to upgrade it. my old proccesor is a AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics (1.40GHz). do you guys know the cheapest upgrade for that proccesor? thanks alot.

Can't do it. It's soldered into the mobo. SoC.

To put it more plainly:
