[SOLVED] can i get opinions on my build

Solution
You could probably get by with just 32GB of RAM. Not sure you need a Ryzen 9. A Ryzen 7 would probably suffice.

I don't see any flagrant issues with your build, so it's up to you.

Evo Plus and Noctua U12S good choices. Maybe you can look at the Noctua U14S for a small improvement unless you would then have clearance issues.

64 GB RAM is more than 99% of users would need, but maybe you are in the 1% who would actually take advantage of it?

Woud this be difficult for someone with no expirence to build?
Read the motherboard manual. Watch a few YouTube videos on building a system. Read the motherboard manual. Look over your parts and cables, making sure you understand where they should go. Read the motherboard manual.

Building a PC is not that hard. Take your time, read the motherboard manual, don't be afraid to stop, take it all apart and start from scratch again. My first build took me several hours and several attempts.

P.S. READ THE MOTHERBOARD MANUAL! (just in case you missed that before).
