Can I get rid of this blank (Other) partition?

https://i.imgur.com/lvJcs9c.png There's an unnamed 128 MB (Other) partition on my MSI GS60's SSD boot drive. There's also a 600 MB WinRE tools partition for the recovery environment that's only half full. Would it be save for me to shrink/delete these partitions?

The WinRE partition? Leave it alone.
