Can I get some help with my port forwarding?

I've tried to make my port forward on my router "Icotera i5800" and for some reason it won't open the ports. I've been sitting here since morning trying and I am seriously in doubt if I have done it correctly. So I'm trying to get expert help now. Have I done it right?
