i will start with my specs. i7 2600k@3.40 ghz
gtxg 780 3gb
gigabyte z77x up7 motherboard
1tb hard drive
100 gb ssd
corsair 750d case
for the past 5 months i have experienced horrible fps. i have tried everything i rmaed the card and mobo and they were fine so i tried drivers re installing windows pretty much everything. well i think i got it fixed but some games still run a little slow. so i want you opinions on if you think its fixed. here are some games i play with the average fps.
bf3 - 30 to 130 i was very confused here because of the difference
bf4-70 to 130 stays stable and runs great
splinter cell-55 to 90
skyrim no mods-60 to 110 stays stable
payday 2- 110 to 125
arma 2-30 to 60
arma 3-20 to 45
dayz mod-20 to 60
days standalone-30 to 70
so what do you guys think ? i was mainly concerned about bf3 but the drops seem to be only in certain parts of the map so i think it could be bf3s problem or a driver issue. oh and my temps are good.

Yeah I would say the other games look fine other than your legitimate concern for BF3. I'm not sure either the variation gap. The other games look fine though. I know Nvidia just released a set of updated drivers specifically for Titanfall and SLi profiles for a host of other games, but perhaps worth looking into for your BF3 issue. I am running AMD so I can't troubleshoot very well for you as far as Nvidia drivers are concerned. Just a thought though.

Your BF4 FPS is right where it should be. How much ram do you have?

Let me preface a question and I don't mean any insult whatsoever. Why did you go with an Ivy Bridge mobo with a Sandy Bridge i7? Just a question, has nothing to do whatsoever with your performance. To me it sounds like simple driver issues. Everything else looks like it should be right. Don't worry about ARMA games. They are horribly coded games that require more resources than Metro 2033. You need a minimum SLi/Crossfire setup just to achieve decently playable frame rates. Your hardware is more than sufficient for everything you've listed at above average frame rates. I would just look into drivers

i already had the 2600k inmy system and wanted to upgrade mobo. i had a shop with one very cheap (the one i have now) so i took it. so the fps looks good to you ? some games just looked low. (bf3,splintercell and skyrim)
