Can I Get Some Pointers?

I'm planning to build my first computer for gaming, recording, and livestreaming. My budget is from $700 to $750 and the games I plan to play/record/livestream are CS:GO, Farcry 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition, and Titanfall. I would like to play these games on High or Medium settings.

Well how timely! Look at the latest from Tom's (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-budget-gaming-pc,4065.html). This puts you in at the low end of your budget and you could bump up the graphics card to the next level for the extra money or add the better cooler. BTW I think the Tom's build will outperform the parts you picked so far.

I'm not sure if a dual-core i3 would be very good for video editing or streaming.
