So here is the build I am planning on making:

So I have a choice to make and would like some help. I have two options, 1: Buy a Ryzen 3 1200 and get a more expensive motherboard 2: Buy a Ryzen 5 1400 and get a really cheap $85 motherboard that still has all the ports and connectors that I need. Because of my strict budget there is no room for flexibility and it has to be one or the other. I am finding myself wanting to get the Ryzen 5 with the intent to not bottleneck the gtx 1060. Will the crappy motherboard affect performance or cause issues in the future or will it be fine to use?
Thanks in advance
