Dump the CPU cooler.

For Ryzen you really need faster memory (3000-3200mhz) in dual channel, your current 1x8gb stick @2400 is really going to affect performance (up to 20 FPS depending on the game).

Can you go cheaper? Well... you could, but you'd be looking at compromising performance in big ways for minimal change in price.

So, to save a bit you could drop to an RX 570 with a little performance loss. You don't need the CPU cooler at all unless you plan on doing overclocking so the Wraith cooler in the box with the Ryzen 5 2600 will be more than fine. You could look into getting a Crucial MX 500 instead of the Samsung SSD. That should save you some money, but anything else will be a much larger drop in performance.
