can i go higher?

I have a Q6600@3.0 and it seems i cant go beyond 333X9. I have ddr2 533mhz memory and an 680i chipset. Is it a motherboard limitation or is it the memory.

Depends what your memory is set at. Linked, it would be 667Mhz for memory at the least.

Anyways, the 680i and Q6600 don't match well. 3.2GHz is about the highest you can go, so it's not surprising to see that 3GHz tops.
