Can I handle witcher 3 1080P on high settings?

Will my PC build be able to play the Witcher 3 1080p at good quality?

cpu: i5 4460
GPU: AMD HD 7950
Motherboard: ASUS: H97 plus
Memory: 16GB ddr3 1600
Storage: 250GB Crucial mx200 ssd, 2TB HDD

yeah, you should be able to run a decent mix of ultra/high, at around 45-50FPS though.
