Can i have 2 4gb ram stick and 1 8gb ram stick?

Ok so I looked at the user guide for my motherboard (MSI z87-g41) and i couldn't understand if I could do this or not, so I am asking you guys. I have 2 of these

If they will all play, yes it will work - the thing is mixing DRAM can be and often is problematic - can see more in my article, Item 2, here:
