I would like to know if I can have 2 GTX 1070 on my PC or I need to change specs to do so.
Also, How can I install 2 GPU on my motherboard. I heard about SLI bridge and I don't
really know how that works. If you can explain it to me it would be appreciated.

Here's my specs :

Motherboard : Asus ROG MAXIMUS IX HERO
GPU : ROG STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING
CPU : Intel® Core™ i5-7600K (Overclock to 4.6 GHz)
Power Supply : Thermaltake Smart 750W
RAM : 2x 8Gb HyperX Fury 2400Mhz
Memory : Kingston HyperX Predator 240GB PCIe Gen2 x4 (M.2) Solid State Drive.
External Hard Drive 4 To
Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Thank you if you are taking your time to help me.

Solution
Yes, you can install a second GTX 1070 on your PC. Your motherboard has three PCI-Ex16 expansion slots, you will need to install the second card into the second (middle) PCI-Ex16 slot.

The SLI Bridge should come with any SLI compatible graphics card. If not, you'll need to purchase one separately. For your motherboard, you'll need a Three Slot SLI Bridge.

The only other concern would be the power supply and yours is more than sufficient.
