Question Can i have 2x4 and 2x8?

so my question is will my motherboard work with 2x4 gb and 2x8 gb? and ofc my motherboard have 4 ram slots.

motherboard: asrock b450m pro4
ram: Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2x8GB/2x4GB 2666 C16

It may or may not run. Mixing modules even if identical is hit and miss. The answer is not a definitive yes or no.
