Question Can I have advice on what I can do for my pc?

I bought a pc from craigslist and I don't remember the specs except the Geforce gtx 950. I'm not knowledgeable in computers so sorry in advance. I brought it home and long story short, factory reset the pc and now my monitor won't detect the pc. The person I bought it from installed windows 10 prior to purchase so I may have deleted it. The pc turns on with light and fans going but monitors say no signal. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

If you "reset" the PC, you did not delete Windows.

However, without system specs, it's going to be really tough to assist.

I contacted the person I bought it from but they deleted the post on craigslist. The most I know is that its an Nvidia Geforce gtx 950 and Gateway FX 6860 .

Did you get any discs or USB flash drives with the PC? If you have one with Windows, you can boot from it and examine what's on the PC. You're going to need something external you can use to boot up though.

I solved it. Sorry. I just needed to press on the power button for a minute and it booted. Oops.
