The CPU/MB are a bit dated and there's better parts for the money.

Those parts will run AAA games at med-high settings at 1080p...

You're investing in parts that are a little outdated though, do not buy these new. If you've found great used deals thats a little different.

There are midrange parts you can get for probably the same price that will perform the same if not better. These will also give you the ability to upgrade later on.
