Yes you can. Have the SSD(OS drive) on SATA port 0 while the HDD's can be on 1 and 2 respectively.

Yes, you can.
SSD and HDD are in the eye of the system more or less the same.
You can add as many HDDs and SSDs as you want as long as you still have enough interface for it e.g. SATA ports.
