[SOLVED] Can i I game good on area 51m rtx 2080 and i9 9900k without overclocking at 40 degrees outside temp?

Well im thinking to buy an alienware area 51m but i live in a hostel with no ac and temps here can rise to 40 to 45 in a hot day..im not planning to overclock but i game for like hours a day....will it work good with cooling or keep thermal throttling always...i mean will i be able to do good gaming in summers too?

There's no room to overclock in laptops. Many who get gaming laptops have to undervolt to keep the temps down.
