I own FIFA 13 and 14 on my PS2, and well, the graphics don't look all that impressive. Any way to improve them? Willl they look better on an HD TV?
Thanks if you help.

Well, it is an almost 15 year old system. (Wow I feel old) and its got old components, so unless someone is making sweet PS2 GPU upgrades, I'd say no, but why would you want to change the classics?
Unless what joeteoh99 said fixes it for you, and as long as you physically own the game and your PC is capable enough, you can always emulate it on PCSX2.
connecting to a low rez monoitor will increase picture fidelity but it wont fix poor gfx from the gpu. ps2 uses the pal/ntsc standard so 520p max so no hdtv outputs at all. (the tv will upscale the image but will blur it while doing do)
if you can find 1 grab an old 800/600 crt monitor that has a y-sync input, and the image will be pin sharp.
