Yes! at any time you are able to upgrade the components of a pc but make sure you are careful whilst doing so, so that you do not zap any of your components with your finger, hand, etc. Another thing to keep in mind is that you will need to install the drivers to those new components once installed and make sure that whatever gpu, or ram is compatible with the other components. You can quickly check this with a site called PCPartPicker, sign up, create a new parts list, add all of the parts from that pc onto there and choose which new ones you want to add and it will tell you whether or not it is compatible or not.
