We need to know your full system specs in order to be of any help. Also, please clarify which game are you referring to and what is acceptable fps for you and at what details.
Currently I have an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86 ghz processor with 2gb ram and no dedicated gpu, and i am supposing it to upgrade to core 2 duo e8500, will it boost my gpu and gameplay because as far as i know APUs have graphics embedded insude them. Also, aero effect doesnot support in win 7, will changing processor bring aero effect?

I used to play GTA SANANDREAS at something 25-30 FPS.

So does it me
Core 2 Duo generation of CPUs don't have integrated gpu. IGPU is integrated into motherboard chipset.
Get a discrete graphics card for your pc.

Also - I'd suggest upgrading ram to at least 8GB (or 16GB if motherboard supports it).
So does it means the graphics will remain same even on changing the processor, so I need to change the motherboard?

Why don't you buy a GPU rather than upgrading a CPU?
A newer CPU will not make your games play much better if at all.
So the graphics will remain same even on changing the processor?
So I need to upgrade my mobo?
If I want to use AMD R3 1200, will games run on it without graphics card, if the mobo has iGPU?

No. Integrated graphics have largely left motherboards. If you don't want a GPU and want a Ryzen, you need one of the Ryzens with integrated graphics on the CPU, which means there's a G in the name. 2200G/2400G/etc.

With AMD R3 1200 you can't use pc without discrete graphics card.
AMD R3 1200 doesn't have iGPU and any motherboard supporting this cpu also doesn't have iGPU.

Ryzen cpu's with integrated gpu are:
R3 2200G
R3 2200GE
R3 3200G
R5 2400G
R5 2400GE
R5 3400G
Upgrading to Ryzen cpu will require new motherboard and new DDR4 ram also.

What are your CURRENT Specs of your computer - EVERYTHING
What is your BUDGET in YOUR currency and which Country are you in?

If you don't know what your computer specs are -
download CPU-Z
it will tell you everything, motherboard/graphics/ram/cpu etc

I was thinking to upgrade this old shitty PC to a modern PC, so AMD motherboards have iGPU inside their motherboard?
I am not upgrading to play games, I'm upgrading to do simple works without
any lag and to make my desktop look better, so will AMD processor and mobo will help me or I should move to Intel one?

I have a core 2 duo with 2gb ram and jetway 945gcm2s-a2-6h mobo.

So you don't need this for games?
General recommendation would be upgrading ram and getting SSD.

But your motherboard supports 4GB max. This is very low for modern standards.
I think upgrade to new platform is unavoidable here.

Please specify your budget for upgrades.

But
Any old GPU will work in your machine fine, which would help it a lot
Also installing an SSD would make it a lot better.
Since you haven't said country and budget, not much else to recommend
But my PC lags too much, so any recommendation for a processor?
And which GPU will support my mobo?
CPU budget is rupee 1000 and GPU budget is also rupee 1000, in India.

No, the Ryzen 3 1200 requires a separate GPU, without which the PC will not start. Your best bet is a Ryzen 3 2200G, with a B450 board, and DDR4 memory. Also, your budget is too low to recommend anything at all, 1000 INR does not buy you any PC part in today's date.

I have declared only that much budget to upgrade my old PC not for any any new PC, because as far as I know components of that time is much cheaper today. So please tell me which CPU(under rupee 1000) and GPU(under rupee 1000) for my old PC to get a smoother experience.
