Hello everyone,so i have an AB350 Gaming 3 Motherboard and on it there is a ryzen 5 2600, cpu 2 g skill ripjaws ramsticks 2400 mhz ddr4 8gb,2 g skill aegis 3200 mhz 16gb,an m.2 samsung 250gb and an rx580 gpu, right now my rams on the pc runs at 2133,my question is if i can and it is safe to increase the mhz on the rams. Also if it is going to perform better.

Solution
You would be best to take out the 2400mhz RAM and only run the 2x8gb 3200mhz at 3200mhz. RAM speed can have a significant impact on gaming performance with Ryzen.

No, the RAM is designed to run at that speed. You should just need to enable XMP/DOCP and select 3200mhz.
Ok man thanks a lot for your answer,im just a little scared because when i putted the aegis ram on the pc after 2-3 hours of use my psu was fried..idk why did that happen.
I had that 600w psu a lot of years but was it a coincidence that it fried after i did put the ram sticks on?

Doesn’t matter. There is a chance 3200mhz won’t be stable but no harm in trying. Worst case you have to settle for 2933mhz. There are many reviews showing 2000 series CPU’s running 3200mhz RAM.
okay thanks a lot for your help,i have a last question
my mobo has 2 black and 2 red slots does this matter on where to put them
