Can i insert gtx 1050 ti on techno 450 20+4 pin sata psu?

Pc specs:
Pentium 3
8gb ddr3 ram
H61M-S1 mobo
Techno 450 20+4 pin sata psu( i know that its an outdated psu)
And i want to insert gtx 1050 ti, will this psu be able to handle this gpu?
I just want to know that will it handle this gpu? Or i need to buy new?
If new then my budget is only 5k inr.

There are GTX1050ti that does not even require from external power connectors, so i would say yes: it is ok. I don't think you will need to change your PSU.

Except that Intex Techno power supplies are low quality - - I wouldn't risk using one of those with a new gaming card.

Bin it and buy a new one of better quality, something like Corsair or Seasonic brand.

If the Intex fails it could kill your new GTX card at the same time, a sobering thought which you may want to take steps to avoid.
