Hi everyone,
I'm going to buy case soon and I have question. Case is FSP CUT592. It comes with 3 front and 1 rear fans pre-installed. I'm going with air cooler instead of water and I want to install 2 140mm fans with 4-Pin-Connector + 4-Pin-Socket, specifically these fans on top. My question is, will I be able to do this? I'm asking because I'm looking at the video of this case and when looking at the fan hub that this case comes, I'm not sure. Here's the video. Does this fan hub has room for two 4-pin connector fans? Unfortunately manual of this case doesn't say anything about its fan hub.

P.S. Also, will I need fans on top at all or it's not necessary? I mean, does it make difference in temperatures?

You can install them just fine, but you'll have to connect them to the motherboard or get a different fan hub.

However if you're going air cooling there's a high likelihood that adding fans to the top will not help with cooling. Assuming you're using a tower cooler what will happen is that you'll introduce turbulence to the cooler and/or pull clean air out before it gets to the cooler.

A down draft cooler is the only kind that can benefit from top exhaust in a case like this.

Yes, just fine.

Also, says so on the tin;
Fan&Water Cooler Supportfront:140mm x 3 (pre-install)
top:120mm x 3 or 140mm x 2
rear:140mm x 1 (pre-install)
Bottom:120mm x 2

I can't understand a dime that bloke is talking there (i don't speak mandarin). But based on how that hub looks like, it is not a fan hub, but instead RGB controller hub for the included ARGB fans. It has (A)RGB connectors on one side and fan power connectors on the other side, all populated.

Does this fan hub has room for two 4-pin connector fans?
Just plug your Arctic fans directly to MoBo 4-pin fan header and call it a day.

Yeah, No.

Even tower-type CPU coolers benefit from the top exhaust fans, to keep the airflow pressure near neutral. Else-ways, OP is looking at extreme positive pressure (worst cooling option).
You couldn't be more wrong if you were trying. Having an exhaust fan pulling air across the front of a tower cooler intake is an awful idea. It creates turbulence and will pull clean air out as well. Some cases and coolers can certainly benefit from a single fan in the back most position but that's it for top exhaust with a tower cooler.

Just to make one thing clear: Right now I have this setup in my current system, which is the correct way. Just don't have below fan like in this picture, but the rest is same:

Top exhaust fans would make sense, if you install AIO radiator in top position.
Without radiator - top fans make no sense (for this pc case model).
Yeah, after reading and googling, I decided to not buy those top fans, will just go with default case fans. Thanks everyone for the answers once again.
