Solution
Has nothing to do with the BIOS. You already have your Boot drive as the 1TB drive which is MBR and thats fine. Because your second drive is not your boot drive you can initialize it as GPT and format to 2 or 4 tb depending what drive you get. No it will not slow you down. This initialization and configuration is done in Windows, not in the BIOS.

Can I install 4tb HDD without UEFI bios is it true ? my motherboard don't support UEFI only bios so I can't install 4tb I am only able to install 2tb in MBR form which don't require GPT/UEFI and I had already installed a 1tb HDD and I want to install another HDD but I am little confused either I install 2tb OR 4tb because I thought my bios could not support more than 2 TB so i think i have to install 2tb or if i can install 4tb then tell me how could i do that ? another question will my pc going slow if i install to 2 HDD in it ??
