Can I install a driver using a usb via bios?

I uninstalled my pc's usb 3.0 eXtensible host controller driver and it messed up my usb ports, It can detect when it is on the boot menu, but can't when the os starts, I have already download the driver on intel and have the files on my usb.. I don't know how I can load it up

I have a
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Msi z97 PC Mate Miltary Class

I need your help guys

You should have a USB 2.0 port you can use to load the drivers to Windows.

I'm just saying, you have to install the driver when Windows is running - it can't be done via the BIOS like you were suggesting.

I can't, I can't use my mouse nor keyboard, I tried plugging it on the 2.0 ports, but it doesn't work..

I used the old port for mouse and keyboard on my motherboard, then installed the latest driver
