Can I install a GeForce, GT 610. Into my Dell Hyperion?

I just bought a GeForce 610 and have a Dell Inspiron. Can I still use my Dell, or do I need to buy another CPU. If I can't use my dell, then what computer should I get?

The 610 is a small card so i think it would easily fit into any system.
But you need to tell us the specific model of your Inspiron desktop. Then we can help further

It's 300 watts, and is on Intel pentinum. And I'm pretty sure that the model is 4200. But I might be getting it mixed up with my other dell.

The model is actually 3252. I did get it mixed up with my other dell.
