Can i install a PCI Express 2.0 card on ASUS P6TD board?

I've got an Asus P6TD Deluxe mother board and i'm looking to install an new wireless card which is listed as PCI Express 2.0(x1), will it plug into this mother board?

Mobo has these connectors :

3 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (at x16/x16/x1 or x16/x8/x8 mode)
1 x PCIe x4
2 x PCI

Card does not look the same as the slots thought i'd ask the experts

Yes, it will work, just plug it into the PCIe x4 slot.
