Can I install a ssd into my laptop

I want to install a ssd into my hp laptop dv5115nr...the lap top is about 7years old...can this be done? is it very hard to do?

It can be done, isn't hard if you've done any work on laptops, but may not be work the effort on such an old laptop?

Since your laptop is ide (and those specs) I wouldn't recommend spending the money.

Thank you for your input....it does look sort of complicated...so I think I will let things be for right now...and being an older pc it may not be worth the effort
