Can I install Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo with stock AMD AM3+ bracket on motherboard

I'm planning to install the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo on my Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 motherboard. Problem is, the motherboard comes with a back plate and heat sink mount already built in. And its screwed in so tight I'm not sure I can remove it.

Can the Cooler Master heat sink be installed on this AMD back plate/mount? Instead of using what the Cooler Master comes with?

Thanks, quick replies would be greatly appreciated.

Turns out the Coolermaster can't be mounted on the AMD back plate. But, I was able to remove the stock AMD back plate after I bought a better screwdriver (i.e. a new one). I installed the Coolermaster with the backplate it comes with.

Also, a tip for others who have difficulty removing screws, wrap a rubber band around the tip of the screwdriver.
