I built it a few years back, it will fit in the case and power supply isn't a worry.
The motherboard is ASUSTeK P8h61-M LX, that's my main concern....

Still can you list your full specs psu in detail just to make sure so nothing will go wrong since the ftw versions are more powerhungry usually.

That is one of the worst PSUs ever made! We are talking fire hazard, burn your house down bad! I would definitely recommend getting a new one, say, a Seasonic Focus, 5-600 watts, just for safety's sake!.
 


There is no way that terrible psu is going to power a gtx1070ti without something going wrong. Replace it with a quality unit. However since you aren't posting your full system specs I can't really recommend you a enw unit since I don't know what you have running.
