The only thing to really infer from that link is the PC's SKU and the cpu.

But going by this link down below:

I'd say no. Open up the PC and check what the rated wattage for the power supply is. It's going to be either 180 or 280, according to that spec sheet.
Either way, that's far under-specced for a 1070. A GT 1030 is the most I'd put in there.
