Yes, you can install it on that motherboard. As for bottleneck, depends on monitor resolution. At 1080p, certainly in some games your CPU will be a limiting factor. At higher resolution, there should be no real bottleneck.

I planning to upgrade my gpu. I have found a good deal on gtx 1080 that's why I asked the question.
