[SOLVED] Can I install my HDD like an SSD in this case?

I have a 2'5'' HDD in this PC (bought a 2'5'' instead of a 3'5'' by accident but ended up being even better, and quieter than I expected) and an SSD. I'm changing my PC case soon. I was wondering if I can install the 2'5'' HDD like the SSD, in this slot (the case is a be quiet! Pure Base 500DX):

Will installing the HDD in that position affect its lifespan at all?

Should be able to mount it like that and it shouldn’t have any problems

You can install any 2.5 inch HDD or SSD on those 2.5in mounts. Shouldn't effect the longevity or performance of an HDD.
