Can I install nvidia graphics driver in intel graphics card?

My desktop computer runs windows 10 64 bit OS. It sports intel core i3 2100 processor and its chipset is ivybridge. Currently the only graphics driver i can run is intel hd graphics 2000 which only supports opengl 3.1. BUT i want opengl 3.3 to open a certain game. What should i do?
I cant find a suitable intel graphics driver compatible with the 2nd gen intel processor. Can i download any nvidia graphics driver?

You're using Intel HD graphics which are based on the CPU. You need a real NVIDIA graphics card to install NVIDIA drivers.

I understand. So i cant install it, hmmm. so can't i upgrade my opengl in anyways?

Check Intel website. The HD 2000 is the level of graphics on that cpu, not the version of drivers. Good bet there might be upgraded drivers which could include 3.3. But Intel is the only reliable place to get Intel driver sets.
